STUDIO WAIVER

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in fitness classes and activities provided by Āhua Studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Studio"). I understand that these activities may involve strenuous physical exertion and potential risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, and other injuries. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional prior to participating in any fitness program to ensure that I am physically capable of engaging in such activities.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the fitness classes and activities offered by the Studio, I hereby waive, release, and discharge the Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and any affiliated entities from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Studio's activities.

I further agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Studio and to follow the instructions of the instructors. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the class or activity.

I acknowledge that I take full responsibility for the choices I make while in the Studio, including but not limited to the level or intensity at which I choose to exercise, the weights I choose to use, and any other aspects of my participation. I will inform the Studio and its instructors if, at any point, I require additional support or alternative options to ensure my comfort and safety.

This clause has been crafted to emphasize personal responsibility while also encouraging communication with the Studio and its instructors.

(Applicable to clients bringing children or babies to the studio during the workout)

When bringing my children to the studio, I agree to take full responsibility for their safety and wellbeing while in Āhua Studio and release Āhua Studio from any responsibility for the wellbeing of safety of the children I bring to the Studio.

By checking the box below I acknowledge that this Waiver and Release of Liability is a binding contract and that I have read and understand its terms.
